3. SMS Messaging Practices
CampaignPulse uses Twilio's messaging API to send SMS text messages on behalf of our campaign operator customers. The following practices apply to all SMS messaging sent through our platform:
Consent: SMS messages are sent only to phone numbers uploaded by campaign operators. Operators are responsible for ensuring they have obtained proper consent from recipients prior to messaging.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies by campaign. Recipients may receive messages related to surveys, polling, campaign updates, and voter outreach.
Opt-out: Recipients can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any message. Upon opting out, the recipient's phone number will be marked as opted out and no further messages will be sent.
Help: Recipients can reply "HELP" to any message for assistance or more information about the campaign sending the messages.
Message and data rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on the recipient's mobile carrier plan.
No sharing: We do not sell or rent SMS contact data to third parties.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only in these circumstances:
Service providers: We share data with third-party service providers who help us operate the platform, including Twilio (SMS delivery), our payment processor (billing), and cloud hosting providers. These providers are bound by confidentiality obligations and process data only on our behalf.
Campaign operators: Survey responses and analytics data are shared with the campaign operators who created the survey, in aggregated and individual formats as configured by the operator.

Voter contact data and SMS delivery records are retained for the duration of the campaign and for a reasonable period thereafter for analytics and compliance purposes.
